successfully, However I am not able to sign-in, What I am supposed to
do now? |
We have implemented
www.altacoder.com's new anti-spam/anti-fake user registration technology, which
helps us to serve you best by eliminating the misuse of any
confidential information by tracking your account details.
In order to safe guard our policy you will have to follow the
instructions as under:
- After successful registration, check your mail account (This
needs to be the same mail service provider account, you have
registered your self with), for the automated e-mail from
www.granth.com.
- You should see an e-mail in your mail account with a subject
similar to "Your registration at www.granth.com"
- Open the mail and locate the Account Activation Link, click on
it.
- You will be automatically redirected to us and your account
will be activated as soon as you are identified.

I forgot my password, I used while registration, what I must do to
retrieve them back? |
You can go to
http://www.granth.com/GBS_ForgotPassword.asp to retrieve your
lost password by supplying the username and other needed
information.

I have subscribed for web site news-letters, I want to un-subscribe the same
now, Ho can I? |
There are two possibilities you have to choose from.
- If you have subscribed for member news letters, go to
your account by clicking "My Account" tab in the top left corner
of the web site and uncheck the "I would like to subscribe the
news letters." option.
- If you have subscribed for general news letters, use the
unsubscribe option from the left panel, by providing the same
e-mail address once again using which you have subscribed the
service before.

I have placed an order few days before, I want to check it's
payment/delivery status now, Where can I check the same? |
You can go to your account by clicking "My Account" tab in the top
left corner, after signing in. You will notice "My Order History"
link just next to "My Account Details" link. Click on the same to
view your last 25 (or less) order details.

I have placed an order by Demand Draft/Pay Order, I want to enter
Demand Draft/Pay Order
detail, how can I? |
You can go to your account by clicking "My Account" tab in the top
left corner, after signing in. You will notice "My Order History"
link just next to "My Account Details" link. You will be seeing your
last 25(or less) orders along with the complete order details.
Orders having the payment mode marked as "Demand Draft" OR "Pay
Order" also provide you a link to edit (actually enter) the Demand
Draft/Pay Order details.

Do you deliver to locations outside India? |
Currently, we deliver only to 850 locations serviced by our fulfillment partner, Blue Dart Express Limited, within India. We plan to offer deliveries to locations outside India soon.

Do you accept international credit cards for deliveries within India? |
Our overseas customers and Non Resident Indians can use their International credit cards to make payments for their orders to be delivered to 850 locations in India. We accept all major cards (Indian and International) on the store.
